Mrs. Nguyen Thi Dieu lives alone, her husband died early, she is often sick and has to take care of her elderly mother, her mentally ill son is currently receiving social security benefits. For many years, the mother and children, grandmother and grandchildren have had to live in a small house that is dilapidated and seriously degraded.

Understanding her family's situation, the Women's Union of Quynh Thach commune called on officials and members to support 11 million VND.
