(Baonghean.vn) - Quynh Thuan commune is a coastal commune located in the southeast of Quynh Luu district. With the main occupation being salt production, the income and living standards of the people are not high, but to achieve the goal of building a new rural area, the commune has made many outstanding efforts. Although it is not a commune registered to finish in 2015, with the tradition of solidarity, high determination, hard-working and creative people, combined with timely and effective support from the province and district, the commune completed 19/19 criteria to be recognized by the Provincial People's Committee. The total amount of money mobilized by the commune to build a new rural area within 5 years is about over 200 billion VND.
