Quynh Van (Quynh Luu) received the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting new rural standards.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Hoang Nghia Hieu - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Hoang Danh Lai - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council; Hoang Van Bo - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district.

At the ceremony, a representative of the Office of the People's Committee of Nghe An province announced the decision to recognize the commune as meeting the New Rural standards and the decision of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to rank the Con Diep archaeological site as a national historical relic.

After more than 9 years of implementing the national target program on new rural construction, with the participation of the entire political system and the joint efforts and consensus of all the people, Quynh Van commune has been recognized as a commune that has achieved the 19 national criteria for new rural areas. The locality has mobilized large resources with a total amount of over 810 billion VND. In which, people donated land and contributed money to build welfare works with a total value of over 36 billion VND.

Up to now, Quynh Van commune has had comprehensive development in both economic - political, cultural - social aspects; the rural appearance has improved a lot. The economic growth rate of the commune has always been high at over 12%, the average income per capita has reached over 38 million VND/year, the poverty rate has decreased to only 1.01%.

Regarding the construction, preservation and promotion of the value of the Con Diep Archaeological Site, after the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism decided to rank it as a national historical relic in April 2017, the Party Committee and the People's Committee of Quynh Van commune set up markers to protect the relic and established a protection management team. At the same time, they invested funds to build a surrounding wall, main gate, plant trees and install signboards and steles. Regularly organize extensive propaganda about the contents and values ​​of the relic to the people and tourists from all over to join hands in building, preserving and promoting the value of the historical relic.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Nghia Hieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged, praised and congratulated the results that Quynh Van commune has strived to achieve in implementing the national target program on building new rural areas. In the coming time, he requested the Party Committee, government and people of Quynh Van commune to continue implementing and developing the content of the criteria to ensure meeting the advanced new rural standards by 2024.

At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu awarded the Certificate of recognition of the commune meeting the new rural standards and the Certificate of recognition of the national historical relic of Con Diep archaeological site to the officials and people of Quynh Van commune.

On this occasion, 4 collectives and 4 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Nghe An province; 6 collectives and 7 individuals received Certificates of Merit from the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district for their outstanding achievements in the movement of all people joining hands to build new rural areas./.
