Launching 2 domestic violence prevention clubs in Quynh Luu

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of December 11, the People's Committee of Quynh Long commune (Quynh Luu) held the launching ceremony to establish two clubs for preventing and combating domestic violence in Phu Lien village and Dai Hai village.

Each club has 40 members. The form of operation is through meetings, thematic talks, dissemination of the situation and cultural, artistic, sports activities... to propagate and mobilize the whole population to effectively implement the Law on Prevention of Domestic Violence, effectively prevent acts related to domestic violence. The source of funding is self-contributed by members and mobilized from other sponsors.

These are two models of domestic violence prevention clubs chosen by the People's Committee of Quynh Luu district as a pilot to gain experience and replicate throughout the district in the coming time.
