Launching the Nghe An Province Young Volunteer Reporters Club for the period 2023 - 2027

This is a meaningful activity held on the 98th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2023).

The club was established to promote the propaganda and education work of the Union; improve writing skills, build reports reflecting news articles related to the activities of the Union, Association, and Team among young cadres, reporters, and collaborators.

Thereby helping to form and foster the personality, qualities and capacity of cadres, union members and young people to meet social needs. At the same time, creating a forum and favorable conditions for cadres, reporters and young collaborators to express their passion and give their views on issues of interest to young people, prominent political and social events in the province, domestically and internationally, especially activities of the Youth Union, Association and Team.

The club consists of 22 members who are cadres, union members, reporters, and collaborators from Nghe An Newspaper, Provincial Radio and Television Station, and Youth Union bases living, studying, and working in Nghe An province, with interests and abilities in researching, writing news and articles; filming, and taking photos.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy is the Club's Chairwoman.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, comrade Le Van Luong emphasized that, based on the reality of the Youth Union and Youth Movement in the whole province, Nghe An is a unit with a large area, the Youth Union chapters from the province to the grassroots level regularly have many activities, programs, and large campaigns, however, at some points, the activities have not been spread as desired and expected.

On that basis, the Young Volunteer Reporters Club was established, promising to be an extension of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee in disseminating the activities of the Youth Union. Thereby, creating a unified and synchronous information network across the province, approaching reality through new and youthful perspectives on the current situation of the homeland, the country, the Party, the Youth Union, the Association, the Young Pioneers, contributing to orienting the ideological work for union members and young people.

The Provincial Youth Union Secretary emphasized that Club members need to promote "Union spirit", "Union quality", "Union color" in taking the lead in implementing the set goals.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Club will launch its first activities in 2023.

Here, the Club members had many discussions and comments on the organization and operation regulations of the Club; new and creative ways in propaganda work; difficulties in operating at the grassroots level; proposed recommendations and solutions to contribute to improving the quality of propaganda of Youth Union, Association and Team activities.
