The German translation by Irena and Franz Faber was first published in 1965 and has been reprinted in 1976, 1980 and 2000. This will be the fourth reprint, but the first time it is released as a German-Vietnamese bilingual book with a cover featuring a painting by artist Claudia Viet Duc Borchers, a relative and heir to the works of Franz and Irene Faber. In the documentary, artist Borchers introduces his ideas when painting, depicting the love story of Thuy Kieu and Kim Trong, the chains that crushed the ups and downs of Thuy Kieu's life, and the sword symbolizing male violence.

At the end of the program, MC Truong Hong Quang quoted Artist Irma Münch-Minetti's comments in the documentary about the masterpiece "The Tale of Kieu", emphasizing that those who hold the book in their hands, especially the young, will open their hearts to poetry and beauty./.
