On the morning of May 8, Vietnam Social Security coordinated with Vietnam Post to organize online the "Launching Ceremony in Response to the Month of Mobilizing the Implementation of Social Insurance for All - Communicating and Mobilizing People to Participate in Voluntary Social Insurance and Family Health Insurance". The launching ceremony was organized synchronously from the Central to provincial and district levels nationwide.

The launching ceremony is organized in 2 forms: Online and mobile media. Specifically, the launching ceremony is organized online at the Central bridge point and rebroadcasted at the bridge point.Social insuranceprovinces, cities,Social insurancedistricts; at the same time, organize nearly 700 mobile communication teams by car and motorbike at the central bridge point and bridge points in provinces, cities and districts, towns nationwide.

This is the third time that Vietnam Social Security has coordinated with Vietnam Post to organize a communication launch ceremony to develop voluntary social insurance and family health insurance participants nationwide.

With the theme "Social insurance - the support for you and your family", this year's Launch Ceremony focuses on promoting extensive communication activities about the meaning, role, and humanity of voluntary social insurance policies, family health insurance, rights and benefits when participating; emphasizing the level of financial support from the State budget and local budgets for voluntary social insurance and family health insurance participants; at the same time, increasing the minimum voluntary social insurance contribution level from January 1, 2022, the pension level will also increase accordingly; disadvantages when choosing to receive one-time social insurance... The specific goal of the Launch Ceremony is to strive to develop 10,000 people to participate in voluntary social insurance during and after the Launch Ceremony.

In his opening speech and launching the launching ceremony, comrade Nguyen The Manh - General Director of Vietnam Social Security stated: To achieve the goal of developing participants, expanding the coverage of social insurance and health insurance for all people according to the Resolutions of the Party and the Government, social insurance agencies of provinces and cities must actively and proactively advise local Party committees and authorities to continue to strengthen leadership and direction in social insurance and health insurance work with a specific roadmap and solutions; especially having policies to support contribution levels to create "momentum" for people to participate, especially with the voluntary social insurance policy.

At the same time, proactively report to the Steering Committee for the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies and People's Committees at all levels on the results of the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies in the locality to have timely support and solutions; mobilize the participation of the entire local political system in implementing social insurance and health insurance policies; flexibly and creatively apply them in accordance with the actual situation of the locality to increase the rate of participation in social insurance and health insurance, completing the targets set out in Resolution No. 28-NQ/TW on reforming social insurance policies and Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW on strengthening the protection, care and improvement of people's health in the new situation. "This is the core issue to ensure the sustainability of the policy" - the General Director of Vietnam Social Security emphasized.

General Director of Vietnam Social Security Nguyen The Manh suggested that Social Security agencies of provinces and cities should focus on improving the effectiveness of communication work so that people understand, know, believe, listen, follow, and act in implementing social insurance and health insurance policies; continue to organize high-point communication campaigns associated with the development of social insurance and health insurance participants, especially voluntary social insurance and family health insurance, focusing on communicating extensively about the values ​​and benefits of policies for people, and the disadvantages when workers choose to receive social insurance at one time. Thereby, creating a long-term, widespread effect to rapidly develop and sustainably maintain participants in the country's social security system.

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Hoang Van Minh - Director of Nghe An Social Insurance said: Immediately after the ceremony, Nghe An province will organize mobile communication activities, direct propaganda by comrades of the Youth Union, the provincial Social Insurance and the provincial Post Office, aiming to attract the interest and attention of all people; raise people's awareness of the social insurance and health insurance policies of the Party and State... Thereby, affirming the deep concern, leadership and direction of the Party, National Assembly and Government for the cause of social security for all people.
