(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 20, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council had a meeting in Anh Son district regarding the settlement of some opinions and recommendations of voters in the field of culture and society.

Regarding Anh Son district, there were 7 issues that voters reflected and recommended. At the meeting, the People's Committee of Anh Son district clarified each issue and recommended that the Provincial People's Council study and amend Resolution 117/2014/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council and Decision 14/2014/QD-UBND of the Provincial People's Committee, adding non-professional positions to undertake clerical, treasurer, and miscellaneous work at the commune level.

Anh Son District also proposed that the People's Council study and adjust the level of service time of some preschool teachers who had a working term before the decision on establishment to calculate pensions, ensuring benefits consistent with the time of contribution of the workers; have solutions to resolve the regime for those who participated as Cooperative Directors during the subsidy period according to Decision 250/QD-TTG, dated January 19, 2013 of the Prime Minister but lost their original records and documents.

Comrade Vo Thi Hong Lam - Chairman of the District People's Committee raised a number of issues related to voters' recommendations and reflections.

Also at the meeting, Anh Son district clarified a number of recommendations and reflections from voters on the limited medical examination and treatment for patients covered by health insurance; the mandatory purchase of health insurance for the whole family causes inconvenience to the people; the district hospital's difficulties in patients requesting referrals. The implementation of the policy of supporting notebooks for primary school students in extremely disadvantaged areas in Anh Son is not sufficient compared to the total number of students; the Provincial People's Council is requested to have a policy to support the repair of self-flowing domestic water works invested under the Government's Program 134 in the area...

Comrade Nguyen Huu Sang - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee shared some information that the survey delegation of the Provincial People's Council was interested in.

Comrade Nguyen Thi Huong - Director of the District General Hospital explained voters' feedback related to the hospital's service attitude towards patients with health insurance.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Nguyen Xuan Son emphasized: Regarding the issue of voters' recommendations, the district needs to review and arrange cadres to concurrently hold the positions of treasurer, clerk, and miscellaneous worker at the commune level in the most reasonable and effective manner. Along with that, re-evaluate the practical activities of the positions at the grassroots level, thereby advising on the organizational aspect in arranging and assigning the organizational structure and cadres at the grassroots level in a streamlined and effective manner. Pay attention to reviewing training and coaching programs to improve the quality and effectiveness of training, improve the capacity for production development, and mobilize hunger eradication and poverty reduction for the cadres of the blocks, hamlets, and villages....
