Review and simplify administrative procedures in a streamlined manner
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 20, the Government Office organized a national online training conference on implementing the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanisms in handling administrative procedures.

Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Mai Tien Dung acknowledged and highly appreciated the determination to reform ministries, branches and localities when the online conference had the participation of more than 7,000 delegates.
Regarding the issue of one-stop shop and one-stop shop, Minister and Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung said: "First of all, our goal is to evaluate the effectiveness of reform by measuring the satisfaction of the people, businesses, organizations and individuals. We also acknowledge that up to now, 57/63 localities have transferred the one-stop shop and one-stop shop tasks from the Department of Justice and the Department of Home Affairs to the provincial People's Committee office...".

In order to focus on implementing the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanism in 2019, at the conference, the Minister and Head of the Government Office raised 6 issues, requesting ministries and localities to implement them such as: needing to thoroughly grasp the content of implementing administrative procedure reform (TTHC); ministries, branches and localities need to pay attention to the services that people need most to focus on handling; issues related to procedures need to be transparent, easy to do and friendly.
One-stop shops at ministries, agencies and localities need to study a reasonable organizational model; build and operate a public service portal and a one-stop information system at the provincial level; review and simplify administrative procedures in a streamlined direction; continue to promote the building of a modern and professional administration...
“Reform means cutting out everything related to interests, eliminating group interests, eliminating negative and insubstantial factors,” the Minister and Head of the Government Office emphasized.

During one session, delegates were trained on the implementation of the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanisms in handling administrative procedures for ministries, branches and localities, including 3 topics: New points and tasks of organizing and implementing the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanisms according to the provisions of Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP of the Government and the Circular guiding the implementation of a number of provisions of Decree 61/2018/ND-CP; Guidance on professional assessment of the handling of administrative procedures; Guidance on reviewing and evaluating administrative procedures and the process of building and deploying online public services on the public service portal.

The training program aims to thoroughly grasp the implementation of Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP of the Government on implementing the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures, Decision No. 45/2018/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister stipulating the meeting regime in the management and operation activities of agencies in the State administrative system; equipping working skills in implementing the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures and sending and receiving electronic documents between State agencies.
