The accident occurred at 9:00 a.m. on September 4 on National Highway 1A, passing through Quynh Giang commune, Quynh Luu district.

At the above time, a white car with license plate 37A 24953 was traveling in the direction of Vinh - Hanoi, when reaching the section in front of Minh An clinic, it suddenly turned left and was hit by a truck with license plate 77C 03893 traveling in the same direction from behind, dragging it for a distance, causing severe damage to the 4-seat car, the driver was lucky to escape death.

Immediately after the accident, traffic police of Quynh Luu district were present to handle the incident.
