Military plane crash, 2 pilots died

The area where the plane just crashed is in the fields of Suoi Tan commune, Cam Lam district (Khanh Hoa).

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Khue - Chairman of Suoi Tan Commune People's Committee said: The exercise plane crash happened at 9am in Dau Son village, Suoi Tan commune. "Initial information shows that 2 pilots are suspected to have died" - Mr. Khue said.

According to Mr. Khue, two pilots died, one pilot was trapped in the plane, and one injured pilot was taken to a local clinic for emergency treatment and died.

At 10:30 this morning, Mr. Khue said that both pilots had died. One pilot died when he was trapped in the plane, the other pilot was injured and was taken to a nearby clinic for emergency treatment by local people. However, this pilot also died.

At 11am today, over the phone, Colonel Ngo Vinh Phuc - principal of the Air Force Officers School confirmed that the plane that crashed in Suoi Tan commune was indeed an aircraft of the Air Force Officers School. However, Colonel Phuc has not provided any further information.
