Rooney receives "huge" salary
According to SunSport, Wayne Rooney has agreed terms to extend his contract until 2018 with Manchester United.

In exchange for Rooney's agreement, the Red Devils' board of directors agreed to offer the best possible treatment to the striker.
Specifically, Rooney will receive an unprecedented salary in Premier League history, 300,000 pounds/week. This salary is 50,000 pounds/week higher than the benefits Rooney is currently receiving at Old Trafford.
