- When committing a crime in one of the following cases, the penalty is imprisonment from 10 to 15 years: causing harm to the health of another person with a bodily injury rate of 61% or more or causing death. Causing dangerous diseases to 2 or more people, for people under 13 years old.
- Committing a crime that causes the death of two or more people is punishable by imprisonment from 15 to 20 years or life imprisonment.
- Offenders may also be fined from 5 to 100 million VND.
Based on the above provisions, the act of enticing or enticing others to illegally use drugs will be criminally prosecuted with a minimum prison sentence of 1-5 years. Depending on the nature, severity and consequences of the act, the perpetrator may be prosecuted with a maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
