Revoke business registration license, do not accept bidding documents if the conclusion of post-inspection handling is not implemented.
(Baonghean) - Implementing Directive No. 15/CT.TU dated May 5, 2008 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on strengthening leadership and direction of post-inspection and examination handling, with many solutions to urge and handle recovery, from 2008 to present, from the backlog of 51 billion VND from inspection conclusions and decisions before 2008 transferred, after nearly 3 years since Directive 15/CT, the average annual recovery rate reached 84.4% of the amount proposed for recovery.
However, after reviewing, up to now, there are still over 10 billion VND that have not been recovered according to the decisions and conclusions that have come into legal effect. The reason is that the compliance awareness of the violators (mainly enterprises) is not good. In the face of the above situation, to strictly maintain discipline and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of work, on December 2, 2011, the Provincial People's Committee issued Document No. 7544/UBND-KT, which proposed solutions and assigned the Provincial Inspectorate to coordinate with the Department of Planning & Investment, People's Committees of districts, cities, towns, and provincial project management boards to consider and take measures such as revoking business registration certificates, not accepting bidding documents... for enterprises and units that have violated the Law on Construction, the Law on Budget, the Law on Tax... that have been concluded by the inspection agency, issued a decision to handle but deliberately procrastinate, do not implement or do not fully pay the violated amounts into the budget.
