Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs is on the verge of making history - becoming the player with the most appearances in the Champions League.
The veteran Welsh midfielder is currently tied with former Real Madrid player Raul Gonzalez on 144 appearances in Europe's most prestigious tournament.
