The smart library system is sponsored by Samsung Vina Electronics Co., Ltd., part of the project to upgrade libraries in secondary and high schools in the suburbs nationwide, deployed since September 2011. This can be considered the first complete library model introduced to high school students, including 4 elements: hardware and equipment; library management software; books and newspapers selected and introduced by experts with extensive experience in the field of education.

The Smart Library is invested with modern equipment to suit the learning needs of students, becoming a complex providing a variety of documents and solutions for active, smart learning, reading, and research. Samsung's "Smart Library" project helps students access new ways of reading on modern technology devices, thereby creating a habit of reading for children every day. The highlight of this "Smart Library" model is to enhance interaction in the process of acquiring knowledge for students from reading and learning.
