Nghe An pregnant woman is in home quarantine and giving birth
(Baonghean.vn) - When there were signs of labor, the mother was immediately taken to the delivery room in the hospital's isolation area. The baby boy weighing 2.8 kg was born. After birth, both mother and baby were in good health.
On April 2, a regional general hospital in Nghe An admitted a pregnant woman who was due to give birth. The pregnant woman had returned from Hanoi (an epidemic area) and was in home quarantine when she went into labor.

The newborn baby boy in the isolation room weighed 2.8 kg. A representative of the hospital leadership said: “The birth was successful, both mother and child are safe. When the mother’s health is stable, the hospital will allow both mother and child to go home for convenience in isolation as well as care and nourishment.”
