(Baonghean.vn) - At 9:30 a.m. on August 19, the Environmental Police Team, Vinh City Police inspected Trung Tin Company Limited (confectionery production facility), No. 40, Ho Quy Ly Street, owned by Nguyen Trung Tin (born in 1981, residing in Block 6, Cua Nam Ward). The inspection discovered that this company did not have a food safety and hygiene certificate and could not present environmental procedures.
