Specifically, the lowest penalty is from 40 to 50 million VND applied to violations of production and processing of fake fertilizers with a value equivalent to real goods up to 30 million VND,...
If the production and processing of fake fertilizers with a value equivalent to real goods up to 40 million VND, the proposed penalty is from 60 to 70 million VND.
The highest penalty applied to this act is from 120 to 150 million VND, applied to the act of producing and processing fake fertilizers with a value equivalent to real goods from 100 million VND or more.
Selling fake fertilizer is also heavily fined.
This draft also proposes to impose heavy penalties on the trading of fake fertilizers. Accordingly, the lowest penalty proposed by the draft is a fine of 1-2 million VND for trading in fake fertilizers with a value equivalent to the real product up to 1 million VND.
Depending on the quantity of fake fertilizers traded, the fine will increase accordingly.
