(Baonghean.vn) -On August 25, Na Ngoi Border Post (Nghe An Border Guard) said: the unit is coordinating with local authorities and relevant forces to organize propaganda for local people to strictly comply with the Border Regulation Agreement and Decree 34/CP of the Government; at the same time, investigating and clarifying the case of some people in Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district crossing the border into Laos to exploit forest products and destroy property.

Previously, in the area of ​​Nhot Nam Mun village, Xieng Khouang province (Laos), opposite Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son district (near the border markers 419 and 420 of the Vietnam - Laos border), the Border Guard Company 222 of Xieng Khouang province discovered 32 people from Buoc Mu 1 and Buoc Mu 2 villages, Na Ngoi commune, illegally crossing the border to the above area to illegally exploit wood.

After being discovered by the authorities, these people fled back to Vietnam. On the way, they saw two motorbikes of the Lao Border Guard and started smashing and destroying them.
