During thunderstorms, beware of tornadoes, hail and strong gusts of wind. The wind will change to the northeast, strong level 2-3 inland, level 3-4 in coastal areas.
In the Gulf of Tonkin from early tomorrow morning (March 27), there will be strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7, level 8, with scattered showers and thunderstorms and rough seas.
