Currently, the country has 118 laboratories with testing capacity, of which 66 are capable of confirmatory testing. The maximum testing capacity is about 31,000 specimens per day.

More than 15,000 people who had close contact with or entered the country from epidemic areas were quarantined. Of these, 322 people were quarantined at hospitals, more than 11,000 at centralized facilities, and the rest at home or at their place of residence.

Vietnam has not recorded any deaths due to nCoV.
