Musician Le Ha grew up in the military environment, he has many songs about his homeland, love, soldiers, ... In particular, he has written 3 works about Uncle Ho, including the songs "Marching in Uncle Ho's footsteps" (Award of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army 2019), "Con ve tham lan Na Nua", adapted from Thu Khanh's poem (B Prize awarded by the Central Propaganda Department in 2020) and the latest song, which is "Nghi ve Bac" performed by singer Huyen Trang.
The melody is gentle and soaring, both semi-classical and folk songs, so it is very smooth and profound. The lyrics are simple, clear and close, familiar, so after just one listen, you can feel the feelings that the author put into the song.
Huyen Trang shared: When musician Le Ha sent the song, she was moved just reading the lyrics. As a native of Nghe An, proud to be born in the homeland of President Ho Chi Minh, she always had special feelings for him.

“Every year I return to visit Uncle Ho’s hometown, burn incense to remember him and always remind myself to live a good life, devote myself to music to bring good spiritual values to society. So, when singing the song “Thinking about Uncle Ho”, I put all the feelings from my heart, just like all Vietnamese people always turn to Uncle Ho” – Huyen Trang expressed.
Director Anh Quan is the one who made this MV. He said: “After recording the song “Thinking about Uncle Ho”, Huyen Trang called to “order” and we immediately chose Uncle Ho’s hometown to film the MV.
“Although many songs were filmed in Lang Sen, we are not afraid of repetition or boredom, because truly, with that sacred land, even if we film hundreds of thousands of times, we still love it. Even if we film millions of meters of film, the house where Uncle Ho was born is still extremely vivid, beautiful and meaningful” - Director Anh Quan said.
He also said that the crew when returningLotus Villageto film, always feel familiar, true to the word "return".

“Every time I return to his hometown, everything goes smoothly, from the enthusiastic help of the staff at the relic management board to the local people; everyone is willing to support whenever the team needs help, that is the warm, sincere, and kind feelings of the people of Nghe An towards anyone who sets foot in this place” - he said.
It can be said that the lyrics in the song are extremely “in tune” with the MV image. Even Huyen Trang’s choice of a white ao dai also shows the purity and innocence that is very suitable for the song’s content and the MV’s setting. Therefore, this music product is like a small but very meaningful spiritual gift offered to Him during the historic May days.
