Driving test finished but still have to check again

The Vietnam Road Administration has just issued a dispatch requesting the Departments of Transport of provinces and centrally-run cities; driving test centers, test management boards, test councils and driving test teams to strictly implement the contents and requirements of Directive No. 10/CT-BGTVT dated June 13, 2013 and Official Dispatch No. 6125/BGTVT-TCCB dated June 27, 2013 of the Minister of Transport.
Accordingly, the General Department requires units to check and erase any indications (if any) on the test car and the test yard before conducting the driving test in the picture; organize the driving test on public roads registered with the competent authority, with enough situations, ensuring the minimum number of kilometers for each candidate and giving enough situations for candidates to perform.
The Vietnam Road Administration also requires driving test centers to store test data on computers, image and sound data during the theoretical and practical driving tests on the road as prescribed to serve post-inspection work. Meanwhile, the Department of Transport is required to increase surprise inspections and supervision of local driving tests to promptly detect, remind, and correct the testing work, and issue driving licenses as prescribed.
