Ukraine's Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan said that the two seaports of Mariupol and Berdyansk have been partially cleared.
On December 4, Ukraine confirmed that its ships were able to move through the Kerch Strait after 10 days of blockade stemming from the maritime conflict between Ukraine and Russia.

According to Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan, the two seaports of Mariupol and Berdyansk have been partially reopened. Accordingly, the sea traffic to and from Ukrainian ports on the Sea of Azov has been restored.
Mr. Omelyan last week accused Russia of blocking Ukrainian cargo ships passing through the Kerch Strait. However, Russia insists that it has never blocked ships from passing through the Kerch Strait. According to the procedure, all ships must register to pass through the Kerch Strait 48 hours in advance and wait for confirmation within 24 hours.
On November 25, Russia seized three Ukrainian naval vessels and 24 sailors on board, accusing them of violating Russian territorial sovereignty by entering Russian waters without permission./.
