After the president's resignation petition, Ukrainians vote to make USD the national currency.
A petition demanding to carry out monetary reform in Ukraine and replace the hryvnia with the US dollar as the national currency was posted on the website of the President of Ukraine.
“In light of the instability of the Ukrainian currency, we demand to carry out monetary reform, replacing the Ukrainian hryvnia with a more stable currency, the US dollar, recalculating prices, tax rates, salaries, pensions, scholarships, funds in the accounts of enterprises, agencies and organizations, as well as savings deposits of citizens,” the author of the petition writes.

The petition was posted on August 7 and has so far been signed by 40 people.
To be considered by the President, the petition must have at least 25,000 signatories within 90 days of publication.
In addition, the author of the last petition asked to “reduce the salary of the head of “Naftogaz” Andrei Kobolev by 70 times." Within two days, 733 people signed it.
Previously, the petition "demanding the resignation of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky", published on the Ukrainian leader's website, collected more than 15,000 signatures.
