"There will be two new deputy prime ministers"

This is reported by the Prime Minister, the list is submitted by the Prime Minister for approval by the National Assembly, Mr. Phuc emphasized.
Mr. Pham Binh Minh still holds the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, and there is currently no plan to replace the new Minister - Head of the Government Office, Mr. Phuc added.
In the program, it is expected that on November 13, the Prime Minister will submit to the National Assembly for approval the appointment of personnel to the position of Deputy Prime Minister. The vote to approve the appointment of personnel to the position of Deputy Prime Minister will be held on the morning of November 14.
Opening on October 21 and expected to close on November 31, at the 6th session, the National Assembly will spend a lot of time discussing and approving the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution.
Documents at the press conference said that the draft amendment to the 1992 Constitution, after being absorbed and revised, consists of 11 chapters and 120 articles, closely following the 1991 platform (supplemented and developed in 2011), Party documents and resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee and the Politburo on the purpose, requirements and basic viewpoints and major orientations of amending the 1992 Constitution.
The decision to postpone the last-minute vote at the 5th session will also see the draft Land Law (amended) passed, after the draft amendment to the Constitution is decided. The latest draft has added two articles compared to the previous session.

He used to be Deputy Director of the Department of Science - Technology and International Cooperation (General Department of Posts), Director of the ASEAN Department (Government Office), Director - Secretary of Prime Minister Vo Van Kiet, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee, before becoming the youngest Minister at the time of appointment in the current Government.
Meanwhile, Mr. Pham Binh Minh was born in 1959 in Lien Minh commune, Vu Ban district, Nam Dinh province. He is currently a member of the 11th Party Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs. He is also the son of former Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Co Thach (real name Pham Van Cuong).
