Four-way meeting at foreign ministerial level on the situation in Ukraine will take place
According to AFP, on January 20, Germany said the foreign ministers of Ukraine, Russia, Germany and France will meet on January 21 in Berlin in an effort to de-escalate the conflict in Ukraine.
In a statement, German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said: "The main goal now is to prevent the military conflict from becoming more serious and the possibility of further escalation of political tensions between Kiev and Moscow."

Mr. Steinmeier is expected to chair the four-way meeting with his counterparts Sergei Lavrov of Russia, Pavlo Klimkin of Ukraine and Laurent Fabius of France.
