Will support up to 110 million VND when investing in agriculture
The Ministry of Planning and Investment is seeking comments on the Draft Circular Guiding the implementation of Decree No. 210/2013 dated December 19, 2013 of the Government on Policies to encourage enterprises to invest in agriculture and rural areas.

For provinces with a support level of 10 million VND/head (provinces with a herd size of more than 5,000 heads), households receive a support level of 9 million VND/head, and businesses receive 1 million VND/head for management costs.
For medicinal plant and macadamia planting, if planted on enterprise land, the support will be 15 million VND/ha; if the enterprise cooperates or contracts to plant on household land, the household will receive 12 million VND/ha, the enterprise will receive 3 million VND/ha for management work.
In addition, it is expected that infrastructure for production will be built. If the power system is built within the factory fence (including stations, wires, etc.), support will be provided with 100 million VND for a 100 kVA line and support of up to 110 million VND if the power system is built outside the factory fence (including stations, wires, etc.).
If building a traffic road within the factory fence (cement concrete road, Asphalt concrete road including drainage system, anti-landslide system...) will be supported 1 million VND/m2; Factory height over 5m will also be supported 1 million VND/m2; Building a clean water tank will be supported 2 million VND/m2;
For land reclamation and field construction, support is 5 million VND/ha; raising pigs with imported high-yield breeds is supported with 10 million VND/head and similarly for cows, buffaloes and horses, support is 20 million VND/head.
