Will tighten management of private kindergartens
The Ministry of Education and Training plans to amend and supplement a series of regulations in the regulations on the organization and operation of private kindergartens and emphasize tightening management and strictly handling private educational establishments that violate child-rearing regulations.

The school will be dissolved if it seriously violates regulations on management, organization and operation of schools and kindergartens; fails to ensure the quality of nurturing, caring for and educating children; or fails to remedy the cause of the suspension after the suspension period.
The Ministry will also amend the conditions for establishing schools. Specifically, to be established, one must have financial capacity and facilities that meet the requirements for operation and development of private schools and kindergartens. To be allowed to operate, one must have a preschool education program and child care and education materials according to the Ministry's regulations, appropriate to the grade level; have a team of teachers and managers who meet the standards, are sufficient in number, have a reasonable structure, and ensure the implementation of the preschool education program according to regulations.
The Ministry of Education and Training plans to assign the Chairman of the District People's Committee to decide to allow the establishment, while the Head of the District Department of Education and Training will permit educational activities.
