That demonstrates the development of cooperation and the prospects for educational and training cooperation between our school and Hanoi National University. I believe that our cooperation has potential and will develop in many forms, from education and training to scientific research",Ms. Irina Kraeva - Rector of Moscow State Linguistic University spoke.Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Ms. Marina Borovskaya, talked about the Russian Federation's "Export of Education" project. This national project will create more opportunities for foreign students to study in Russia, including students from Vietnam.
In 2018, the Russian Government granted more than 950 scholarships to Vietnamese students, postgraduates and interns. This number will increase to 1,000 next year, the Vietnam - Russia "cross-cultural" year. Educational and humanities cooperation between the two countries is entering a new phase.
