Serbia: Mass shooting leaves 13 dead.
The incident occurred this morning, April 9th, in a village near the capital Belgrade. Serbian media reported that among the dead was a two-year-old boy.
According to local officials, the perpetrator has been identified as Ljubisa B., 60 years old, residing in the village of Velika Ivanca, about 50km southeast of Belgrade.

Nada Macura, a spokesperson for Belgrade Hospital, said Ljubisa B. shot and killed six men, six women, and a two-year-old boy, all of whom were his relatives and neighbors.
After killing the victim, he intended to kill his wife and then commit suicide, but both survived and were seriously injured. Another person was also injured.
The motive for this horrific shooting is currently unclear, but according to Macura, Ljubisa B. did not appear to be a dangerous individual, and police are currently investigating.
Ljubisa B.'s neighbors said he was not a violent person and had never been involved in any scandals; yesterday, April 8th, he was behaving normally. They also said that among the deceased victims was his son.
