It was that youthful energy that helped SHB.DN take the lead early in the 13th minute by Quang Huy. In his first appearance in the V.League, the midfielder on loan from Binh Dinh seized a good opportunity from a quick counter-attack to score for SHB.DN with a dangerous curling shot.

Playing more proactively after that, HN.T&T seemed quite stuck.
