The Ky Son Boarding Ethnic High School Examination Council has 558 candidates taking the exam, including 102 candidates from the cultural supplementary program. With the policy of strictly assessing the quality of students and ensuring that university entrance meets standards, the provincial and district examination steering committees as well as the examination council attach great importance to security, order and safety for the exam. Right from the outer round, security forces prevented candidates from bringing documents, school bags, and prohibited items into the examination area; the district police set up checkpoints to keep students' personal belongings right outside the school gate.

The police force protecting the exam was increased, students were informed of the regulations from the beginning so there were no violations of the regulations; there were no more parents gathering in large numbers near the exam area. Resolutely and seriously implementing to ensure objective and realistic assessment of teaching and learning quality, in the Literature exam this morning, at the Examination Council of Tuong Duong 1 Ethnic Minority High School, the inspection team suspended 4 candidates for bringing and using documents into the exam room; 8 invigilators (4 teachers from Thanh Chuong 1 High School and 4 teachers from Anh Son 3 High School) were reprimanded and suspended from exam supervision. To ensure timely number of invigilators for the remaining subjects, the Department has directed the education sector of Anh Son and Con Cuong to mobilize 8 reserve invigilators to replace them.
Afterwards, the entire examination council held a review meeting to draw lessons for the following exams.
