Van Xuan University students are committed to job placement at Japanese enterprises.
(Baonghean) - On September 9, Van Xuan University of Technology held a signing ceremony to arrange jobs for students after graduation and a dialogue between students and Japanese enterprises on the occasion of the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year and to welcome students of the 9th course.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Thai Huy Vinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy - Principal and Japanese partner enterprises of the school.
Realizing the great recruitment demand from Japanese enterprises, Van Xuan University of Technology pioneered the implementation of the “Japanese Standard” training program. Accordingly, the school closely cooperates with Japanese enterprises from training to internship and job placement for students after graduation.

At the ceremony, sharing about the training program that makes the school's brand, Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy - Principal of Van Xuan University of Technology affirmed: Students studying this program are not only focused on professional training but also trained in Japanese language, culture, and Japanese working style. The "Japanese Standard" training program that the school is implementing is a new direction, receiving attention and support from the Japanese business community.
During the meeting at the beginning of the school year, representatives of Japanese enterprises that are long-term partners of the school such as Endo Company, Rodax Company, Towada Company, Sumida Company directly exchanged and interacted with the new students of the 9th course. Representatives of Japanese employers introduced basic information about the enterprises such as: Scale, field of operation, recruitment orientation, requirements and benefits for employees... Thereby, helping students orient their careers, find suitable jobs with stable income after graduation.
Japanese enterprises affirmed that they will accompany and cooperate with Van Xuan University of Technology in the training and internship process and sign a cooperation agreement with the University. Accordingly, they committed to accepting students trained under the “Japanese Standard” program after graduation and will arrange suitable jobs.

In order to affirm the commitment and responsibility of the School towards students, Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy - Principal of the School signed a commitment to arrange jobs for students after graduation with a representative of the 9th course students. The signing was certified by a notary office to ensure legality.
Accordingly, students who study and complete the "Japanese Standard" training program after graduation are guaranteed 100% by the school to be placed in jobs at Japanese enterprises in Vietnam or Japan.
On this occasion, representatives of Japanese enterprises awarded scholarships to 5 outstanding students of the school. Van Xuan University of Technology also awarded scholarships to 36 new students with excellent entrance exam results.

Discussing the “Japanese Standard” training program that Van Xuan University of Technology is implementing, Mr. Thai Huy Vinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An province highly appreciated the 3-party cooperation model - Van Xuan University of Technology, Japanese enterprises and students; at the same time, affirmed that this is the right direction, opening up great job opportunities for students. However, to grasp the opportunity to work in a professional and modern environment, students need to focus on learning foreign languages and understanding Japanese culture, practicing good discipline and cultivating specialized knowledge.
At the program, the new students also had a direct dialogue with representatives of the school's leaders and Japanese businesses. Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy and some representatives of Japanese businesses answered questions from the new students regarding internship opportunities and working in a professional environment; and shared useful learning and working experiences.

“The signing ceremony of the commitment to arrange jobs for students after graduation and the dialogue between students and Japanese employers” is part of a series of events to open the new school year of Van Xuan University of Technology, an opportunity to connect the school, businesses and new students. This event not only strengthens the relationship between the school and Japanese business partners, but also affirms the school’s responsibility and commitment to creating output for students after graduation; at the same time, it contributes to orienting students’ studies and careers and “igniting” the enthusiasm for new students studying the “Japanese Standard” program.
