The program is a meaningful activity to celebrate the 41st anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2016), the 126th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2016), and the election of deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2016 - 2021 term.
