Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Mathematics Education of the UniversityPedagogyHanoi, Le Dinh Tu is one of four candidates recruited by the Nghe An Department of Education and Training under the attraction program last August.

Immediately after being admitted, Tu was also assigned to work at Huynh Thuc Khang High School and is currently assigned to teach Math in two classes 10T3 and 10E2.

After the first lessons, young teacher Le Dinh Tu said: Not only me but also the 10th grade students are new to the new environment. Therefore, in addition to conveying the lesson content, I also try to create a friendly and comfortable atmosphere so that the students do not feel pressured with the lessons. Personally, I am happy because after my lessons, the students are quite excited and interact well with the teacher.

Mr. Le Dinh Tu was a student in the Math class, K47, of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted. After graduating, while most students in block A chose economics or engineering, he chose pedagogy because it was both a family tradition and his personal passion. Admitted to the gifted class, Mr. Tu shared that he had to constantly try his best because the class was full of excellent and capable students. In addition, to further hone his skills, he also worked as a teaching assistant for a high school teacher from the second year, tutored students, and participated in scientific research...

With many outstanding achievements such as being an excellent student of the province in grade 12, winning second prize in scientific research at the faculty level, graduating with honors, Mr. Tu is qualified to be recruited under the attraction program.

I feel very lucky and honored that right after graduation I was recruited and working in the field that I was trained for.

However, I myself also think that the knowledge I learned at school is not enough, I need to constantly study, improve my qualifications and learn more from my colleagues.

In the recent graduation class of the School of Education - Vinh University, Nguyen Tran Anh Thu was the only student who graduated as Valedictorian in the Faculty of Literature Education. During her student years, Thu held the role of President of the Student Union, Deputy Secretary of the School of Education Youth Union and won many awards and achievements from scientific research, training and Youth Union movements. Previously, Anh Thu was a former student of Vinh University High School for the Gifted and won the Third Prize in the National Excellent Student in Literature.

This long list of achievements also helped Thu surpass many other candidates to be recruited under the attraction program of the Department of Education and Training. Currently, Anh Thu has been assigned to work at Huynh Thuc Khang High School and is satisfied with the results she has achieved.

Positive signal for the education sector

After the 2025 high school graduation exam, 2/3 of the students with the best achievements and on the commendation list of Thanh Chuong 1 High School decided to choose the Mathematics Pedagogy major of Hanoi National University of Education and Vinh University.

In class 12C5, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, among the 3 students registered for the Pedagogy major, there are 2 students who won first prize in the National Excellent Student Contest.

Similarly, at Kim Lien High School, many students, despite studying in block A and D and having high exam scores, still choose to study Pedagogy, among them, there are students who achieved an admission score of 30/30 (plus priority points).

Talking about the increasing number of students choosing the Pedagogy major, Mr. Duong Van Son - Principal of Kim Lien High School said: I think this is a positive signal not only for the students themselves but also for the schools. If the input of pedagogy is quality students with high test scores, then surely in the future, the Education sector will be supplemented with a qualified and capable successor team and this is the premise to improve the quality of education in schools.

In order to attract excellent students to the Pedagogy industry, for many years now, the Party and the State have had a policy of exempting tuition fees for pedagogy students. In particular, from the 2021-2022 school year, after Decree 116 on tuition and living expenses support policies for pedagogy students took effect, the number of candidates registering for the Pedagogy industry has increased day by day.

Regarding Nghe An province, although there is currently no plan to place orders for students in the Pedagogy major, the province has promptly had many policies to attract good and excellent students.

These initial results show that the province's policy of attracting high-quality human resources for the Pedagogical sector has been effective and this is the premise for Nghe An Education sector to create resources and build a team of quality teachers in the future.
