Students must shoulder the future of the nation.
Not only must young students strive and be confident in their studies, know how to nurture their dreams and ambitions, they must also consider themselves as insiders to devote themselves to their homeland.

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam sent a message to students at the opening ceremony of Ho Chi Minh City National University on the morning of October 3.
No effort, no success
The Deputy Prime Minister shared with students not only about his dreams and ambitions but also simple wishes such as how to get a good job after graduation, enough to establish himself and start a career.
Faced with the reality that tens of thousands, some even say hundreds of thousands of bachelors and engineers cannot find jobs that match their degrees and training levels, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said that, in addition to economic difficulties, education and training conditions that do not meet requirements..., the problem lies with the students themselves when many employers complain about the lack of working skills of true bachelors and engineers.
To overcome these things, besides the efforts of the system, society, teachers and schools, first of all, each student must make every effort in studying.
“We cannot become good or successful without effort... Not only knowledge, you should always be confident because deep down, everyone has extremely good qualities and wants to do good things for life,” the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized when advising students to always be confident, because “each of us has our own value.”
Each person's success is not measured or proportional to money or status, but measured by each person's self-worth.

Nurture ambitions, weave dreams
Putting his trust in young, talented students, the Deputy Prime Minister expects each person to make efforts and confidently strive in their studies, not just to get a degree (even a good degree), to get a job (even a good job), but always have dreams and ambitions to reach for great things.
In the context of today's "flat" world, where relations between nations exist in both cooperation and competition, the Deputy Prime Minister reminded students to remember that when Vietnam makes efforts, the world also makes efforts. We are poorer than many countries, even in the region, so we must make even more efforts.
Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam affirmed that the young generation, including students, are the ones who must shoulder the future of the nation.
For thousands of years, with efforts, traditions, national pride and countless sacrifices, we have built and preserved the country to this day thanks to the desire for independence, freedom and happiness.
As a Vietnamese, everyone must consider themselves as insiders, to appreciate the achievements of generations of predecessors, and use that as motivation to take the next step with confidence and aspiration for a Vietnam that must be rich and strong.
“Let us strive, let us have faith and most importantly, we must have the desire for a Vietnam that is not poor. How can we make every Vietnamese person pray that Vietnam must be rich and strong and let the desire never cool down in all of you, in all of your friends and in each of us. The past and history are urging us, and the future is waiting for us,” Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam said.
