From May 16 to 20, the Student Affairs Department directed and coordinated with the training faculties, the Youth Union and the Student Association to organize activities for classes to promote students' understanding of the meaning, content and requirements of the election and listen to students' feedback on the election preparation work.

Along with organizing propaganda for students to understand the purpose and meaning of the election, on May 13, the school leaders held a political meeting, dialogued with students, listened to students' feedback on election preparation and encouraged students to vote on time. In particular, the school thoroughly requested that after May 22, 2011, all students and subjects after their internship return their voter cards with a stamp confirming their participation in the election, as a basis for training points in the 2010-2011 school year.
