The accident killed two students: Nguyen Thi Cuc (born in 1995, student of class 12D3); Truong Thi Dung (born in 1995, student of class 12A4). Four other students were injured: Le Thi Loan (born in 1995, student of class 12A4), Nguyen Van Hiep (born in 1995, student of class 12D3), Nguyen Ngo Anh (born in 1995, student of class 12A4), Nguyen Van Thien (born in 1995, student of class 12A6), all students of Anh Son I High School.
Representatives of the Department of Education and Training, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee and leaders of Anh Son district offered incense and condolences to the family of Nguyen Thi Cuc.
After receiving information about the serious traffic accident, the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee supported each family of the deceased student with 2 million VND; 1 million VND for the injured student; the Department of Education and Training also visited and supported the families of the deceased students.

Le Thi Loan (born in 1995, student of class 12A4, Anh Son I High School) is being treated at Anh Son District General Hospital.
Nguyen Van Hiep (born 1995, student of class 12D3, Anh Son I High School) is being taken care of by his father.
Currently, two children are being treated at Anh Son District General Hospital, including Le Thi Loan and Nguyen Van Hiep. Nguyen Ngo Anh and Nguyen Van Thien were transferred by their families to Nghe An General Hospital for further monitoring and care.Mr. Nguyen Canh Tuan - Principal of Anh Son I High School added: "The health of the injured students is now out of danger, but their spirits are still in turmoil after the accident. The school, along with other organizations, are working with their families to encourage them."
At the families of the victims and Anh Son District General Hospital - where the students are being treated, representatives of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee and the Department of Education and Training kindly asked about the students, shared their loss and encouraged them to recover soon and stabilize their spirits.
