Accordingly, the exam schedule has 3 sessions with 2 subjects, the exam takes place in weather that is unfavorable to candidates, the temperature can increase, greatly affecting the health of candidates.

To help reduce difficulties for candidates during the exam period, create conditions to encourage candidates.

Candidates for high school graduation exam

Direct schools, People's Committees of communes, wards and towns to arrange and set up a number of classrooms in schools (primary, secondary, etc.), cultural houses of hamlets near the examination site, or if possible, direct high schools to coordinate with the Parents' Representative Committee to set up a tent near the examination site for candidates taking the second subject of the examination to wait, rest and avoid the heat. Through the local radio and television system, increase urging and reminding about the examination schedule, time of the subjects, and examination sessions so that candidates comply correctly and fully.

Direct local authorities to strengthen the work of ensuring security, order, traffic safety in the examination area, preventing epidemics, taking care of the health of candidates and members of the Examination Council, meeting the conditions to ensure that the High School Graduation Exam for the 2013-2014 school year takes place safely and in accordance with regulations. Incidents arising related to candidates must be handled promptly before the examinations take place so that the Examination can take place normally and on schedule.
