Department of Education and Training visits two female teachers involved in an accident on the highway
After nearly a week of intensive treatment and attentive care, the two teachers are gradually recovering their health.
On the afternoon of April 3, Director of the Department of Education and Training Thai Van Thanh and representatives of the Education Trade Union visited Nghe An General Hospital to visit two teachers of Tay Hieu Primary School (Thai Hoa town) who were being treated after a traffic accident at the Cardiology Department and the Emergency Resuscitation Department.

Here, the Department's leaders visited, encouraged and sympathized with teacher Phan Thi Thuy Ngan - homeroom teacher of class 5E and teacher Tran Thi Van Anh - homeroom teacher of class 5A who were involved in the traffic accident. In addition, they also thanked the teachers who, in difficult situations, still made efforts to support the students, ensuring the safety of all students on the bus.
Through this, the working group of the Department of Education and Training hopes that the teachers will always maintain their spirit, overcome difficulties to soon stabilize their health and return to work. The Director of the Department also affirmed that the industry will create all conditions for teachers to feel secure during the treatment process at the hospital. At the same time, it is requested that the school and the industry union pay attention to and support the teachers' families during the time their health has not yet recovered.
Previously, as reported by Nghe An Newspaper, on the morning of March 29, Tay Hieu Primary School, Thai Hoa town, rented a 16-seat car to take 10 5th grade students and teachers to Vinh city.

While the car was traveling on the Dien Chau - Bai Vot highway, heading North - South, approaching the Dien Chau rest stop, in Dien Chau district, it was suddenly hit from behind by a truck. The strong collision caused the 16-seat car to flip over and be severely damaged.
Immediately after discovering the caseaccident, drivers and people traveling on the highway quickly stopped to help, pulling the victims out of the overturned car. The accident caused 2 female teachers to break their legs and had to be hospitalized. The students were fortunate to only suffer scratches and soft tissue injuries, after being promptly cared for, they were brought home safely.
After nearly a week of treatment at the hospital, the girls are now conscious and their health is gradually stabilizing.
