After 3 years of construction, the model of "model ferry" Cung ferry connecting the two communes of Cat Van and Trung Son has achieved the set goals and requirements in guiding and propagating for people to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and the Law on Inland Waterway Traffic. Thereby contributing to raising people's sense of responsibility and attitude in ensuring order and safety of waterway traffic, minimizing inland waterway traffic accidents; creating a cultural lifestyle for everyone when participating in traffic such as: When boarding a boat, wear a life jacket, do not carry more people than the prescribed number. In particular, the model has built a team of vehicle drivers with professional certificates, ensuring safety throughout the driving process from 2012 to present.

In the coming time, the work of disseminating and educating the law, mobilizing people to fight against law violations and building a "civilized, cultured, and safe" waterway traffic culture environment will continue to be promoted, aiming to summarize the campaign to build the movement "Traffic culture with peaceful rivers", "Model ferry terminal" and other traffic culture models throughout the province in 2015.
