Giving life buoys and life jackets to people in Hoa Lam hamlet

After 3 years of construction, the model of "peaceful fishing village" in Hoa Lam hamlet has achieved its set goals and requirements. Thanks to the synchronous participation of all levels and sectors, the awareness of the law and sense of responsibility of the people here has been raised; the registration and inspection of inland waterway vehicles as well as citizens' obligations in ensuring traffic safety have been fully and seriously implemented; security and order have been ensured, the village and neighborly relationship has been strengthened; infrastructure has been gradually upgraded, breakwaters have been protected... are the conditions to build Hoa Lam into one of the bright spots of Vinh city in building a cultural lifestyle in the residential community.

From the practice of building a model of a cultural fishing village, the people here also expressed their wish to continue to receive attention and support to build a more prosperous life. On this occasion, representatives of the Waterway Police Department of Nghe An Public Security presented 10 life jackets and 5 life buoys to the people of Hoa Lam hamlet, contributing to the work of flood prevention in the coming time.
