In the first 6 months of the year, Thanh Hoa province welcomed 2,881,800 tourists, up 12.1% over the same period, estimated revenue reached 1,423.5 billion VND, up 22.5% over 2013. Nghe An in the first 6 months welcomed 2.99 million tourists, total revenue estimated at 1,650 billion VND, equal to 110% over the same period in 2013. Ha Tinh welcomed 601,023 people, revenue reached 297 billion VND (up 25.8%). Quang Binh welcomed 1,809,586 tourists, up 17.3%, revenue reached 1,809 billion VND. Quang Tri welcomed 749,000 visitors with total revenue reaching 621 billion VND, up 15% compared to 2013. Thua Thien Hue had 1.57 million tourists with estimated revenue reaching 1,380 billion VND, up 13.3% compared to the same period in 2013.
