(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of August 4, 2014, the Provincial Youth Union held a Conference to review the Youth Union and Youth Movement activities in the first 6 months of 2014. Attending the conference were representatives of grassroots youth organizations under the Provincial Youth Union.

In the past time, in conjunction with the concentrated program of activities of the Youth Union, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Bloc focused on directing the propaganda and education of the resolutions of the Party, the Youth Union, the State's legal policies for the staff and members; organizing the dissemination and commitment to implement Directive 17 CT/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee...; from the movements and activities, typical advanced examples have emerged, which have been commended at all levels.

In addition to performing well the political tasks, the unit and its members are also the vanguard force in the emulation movement to master science, technology, and creative labor. Up to now, over 80% of the TCCS Youth Union have implemented scientific topics and youth projects.

In the first 6 months of the year, the Youth Union organized many volunteer and social security activities, typically: supporting the construction of a solidarity house for Mr. Le Van Bay (Dong Van commune, Thanh Chuong); supporting 50 wheelchairs for disabled children and children with congenital disabilities in the area... Cultural and sports movements were promoted by the units, attracting a large number of union members to participate.

Through training and efforts, in the first 6 months of the year, the whole delegation had 102 comrades honored to join the Party ranks.

In addition to the results achieved in the first 6 months of the year, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union of the Bloc also frankly drew lessons from experience, from which it proposed tasks and solutions for the last 6 months of 2014.
