On the afternoon of July 14, the Steering Committee of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in Nghe An province assessed the positive changes of the campaign in recent times and discussed solutions to bring Vietnamese goods to rural and mountainous areas in the coming time.

In the past 6 months, the Department of Industry and Trade has regularly introduced products of Vietnamese enterprises in trade fairs in Vinh City and some districts, with 45 booths of enterprises in the province and 200 booths from other provinces. Media agencies: Nghe An Newspaper, Nghe An Radio and Television Station, and provincial departments, branches and sectors actively promoted the campaign. In general, the campaign has changed consumer awareness, but to make Vietnamese people truly "love" Vietnamese goods, there are still many limitations, due to many reasons. Members of the Steering Committee affirmed that the rural and mountainous market is very large, because it is suitable for the budget, but consumers here have difficulty accessing Vietnamese goods.
In order for Vietnamese goods to reach rural and mountainous areas, many opinions say that the State needs to have a policy mechanism to support the transportation of goods for Vietnamese shipments. Enterprises inside and outside the province also need to coordinate with the authorities to introduce and promote their products to rural and mountainous areas.
In the coming time, the Provincial Steering Committee recommends that functional sectors strengthen market management; the State needs to pay more attention to businesses promoting their products; media agencies continue to promote the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
