Border guards have taken advantage of small vacant land areas to plant scattered medicinal herb gardens, with groups of medicinal plants of economic value, developed in accordance with the soil in the border area, thereby coordinating the application of medicinal plants and remedies to treat soldiers and people on the border, and at the same time synthesizing statistics to evaluate actual results. Researching, planting and conserving some precious medicinal plants currently found in nature in the area but have been exhausted for restoration and replication. The project also contributes to consolidating and developing traditional medicine treatment in Nghe An border guards.

In addition to implementing the project, the Provincial Border Guard Command has also invested funds to renovate and consolidate the system of barracks, dining halls, kitchens, and renovate the agricultural gardens of grassroots units according to regulations of the Army logistics sector./.
