Department of Home Affairs inspects administrative reform in Que Phong district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of July 20, the working group of the Department of Home Affairs worked with the People's Committee of Que Phong district to inspect the administrative reform work of the district.
In 2011 and the first 6 months of 2012, Que Phong District People's Committee issued and assigned departments to guide the implementation of plans and contents of the district's State administrative reform program according to the Decisions on State administrative reform. Up to now, 14/14 communes and towns have one-stop transaction centers, working skills and facilities have been improved, ensuring operations. In addition, Que Phong District People's Committee has applied the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system, helping to create favorable conditions for people and businesses to solve work problems.
The Department of Home Affairs delegation worked with the leaders of Que Phong District People's Committee.
Through inspection at the grassroots level, working with the district leaders and the Department of Home Affairs, Mr. Le Dinh Ly - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs concluded: Through inspection at Que Son and Tien Phong communes, as well as a number of departments in the district, it can be seen that the administrative reform work of Que Phong has made positive progress. However, there are still some limitations in the arrangement and assignment of tasks for some positions in the commune that are not reasonable, such as: few positions in charge of land administration and environment, many positions in charge of culture and society, facilities and equipment of one-stop transaction centers in the commune are still poor and limited. The payment of policies for young volunteer intellectuals and young Vice Chairmen of communes is still slow, not timely encouragement.
