Department of Home Affairs donated nearly 1,000 porridge portions to Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital

The program "Bowl of love porridge" of the Nghe An Department of Home Affairs Trade Union aims to share and encourage the poor and help poor patients.

On the morning of August 24, the Nghe An Department of Home Affairs Trade Union organized the program "Bowl of Love Porridge" to share and encourage the poor and help patients at Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital.

Attending the program were comrade Dau Dinh Duong - Deputy Director, Chairman of the Department of Home Affairs Trade Union.

At 5:30 a.m., officers and civil servants of the Department of Home Affairs were present at Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital to personally deliver porridge to patients being treated at Nghe An Traditional Medicine Hospital.

Nearly 1,000 delicious, nutritious porridge portions were delivered to patients and their families in difficult circumstances.

The porridge portions in the charity event on the morning of August 24 were all carefully prepared from the stages of selecting ingredients, pre-processing, processing, and packaging, all of which were carried out to ensure food hygiene and safety.

The value of each bowl of porridge is not large, but it is full of love and sharing, connecting people in society of the officers and civil servants of Nghe An Department of Home Affairs, so that patients feel that there are always many organizations and individuals beside them to encourage them to fight the pain, adding faith and optimism to their spirit.

Many simple and sincere words of thanks from the recipients of the porridge were also sent to the officials and civil servants of the Nghe An Department of Home Affairs. "The patients being treated at the hospital are very happy to have such meaningful and charitable activities at the hospital. Early in the morning, they get to eat free hot, delicious, nutritious porridge. The charity porridge is not only a source of spiritual encouragement but also helps patients and their families to ease some of their worries, both materially and economically, during difficult times" - Mr. To Van Kinh, Nghi Xuan district, Ha Tinh province shared.

Comrade Dau Dinh Duong - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs, Chairman of the Department of Home Affairs Trade Union shared: The program of bowl of love porridge was implemented by the Department of Home Affairs Trade Union with the desire to help patients with difficult circumstances who are being treated at the hospital to feel secure in their treatment and get well soon. Thereby, promoting the spirit of mutual love, "the healthy leaves cover the torn leaves", and compassion for the community for the Department of Home Affairs Trade Union members towards society.

This is one of the activities of the Department of Home Affairs towards the 70th anniversary of the founding of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Agencies (September 22, 1954 - September 22, 2024) and the traditional day of the State Organization sector (August 28, 1945 - August 28, 2024).
